After 40 years of professional activity by the Civil Engineer Ioannis Doulamis in the field of design studies and construction, and with a wide client base that respects us and honors us with its continued trust and choice of our services as professionals.
Today, our office is staffed by:
Ilias-Konstantinos Doulamis – Civil Engineer, graduate of the School of Engineering, University of Patras, MSc in Fracture Mechanics from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and Bioclimatic Design of Cities and Buildings from the Hellenic Open University (HOU).
Emmanouil D. Koumertas – Civil Engineer, graduate of the School of Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace (Xanthi), MSc in Bioclimatic Design, Public Works Contractor, and Certified Real Estate Valuer of the Ministry of Finance.
Aikaterini Doulami – Architect Engineer, graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture & Interior Design, University of Brighton, School of Architecture & Design, UK.
Our Team
Our team is further supported by scientists and professionals in the fields of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Surveying, Forestry, and Interior Design.
We are equipped with the most modern design tools and surveying equipment, enabling us to meet any design or construction requirement.
Our Office
We have completed the construction of steel and conventional buildings, with significant experience in the restoration and reconstruction of old stone structures.
Land surveying and property mapping, as well as site setting-out and complex topographic works, form part of our daily activities. We have mapped a large portion of the Messinia region and beyond.
